Doug is the Chief Operating Officer for NAMI Delaware. He has extensive experience in non-profit management, higher education, and volunteer organizations. Before NAMI, Doug was the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Delaware County Community College (PA), raising funds and helping students prepare for their careers. He has a Bachelor of Arts (1999), a Master of Public Administration (2002), and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (2022) from Widener University. Doug enjoys volunteering to help others and officiates youth swim meets in his spare time. He lives in Springfield (PA) with his wife and four children.

Helena is the President of the SHS (Delco) Swim & Dive Team Booster Board and mom to Stephen (Class of 2027), Zoe (Class of 2030), and Leianna (SHS alum, Class of 2024, now at Penn State University Park). Helena has had a lifelong relationship with competitive swimming, as a former lifeguard, swim instructor and long-time competitive swimmer in TX and CA. Helena previously served on multiple Boards and Booster organizations, including Springfield Swim Club Swim & Dive. Professionally, Helena is a former registered nurse and a practicing employment lawyer at Rubin Fortunato & Harbison, P.C in Wayne, PA.

Sharon is the Co-Moderator of the SHS Swim & Dive Team Booster Board and the parent of Jenna (Class of 2025). She is a long-time parent of swimmers, having had Kelly (Class of 2011) and Sam (Class of 2016) go through the program as well. Sharon has served on the SSC and SHS Swim Boards in various roles in the past. She looks forward to an exciting new season!
